If you're hoping for a software repair for something that their update did to brick your device, bring a book. If you're spending money, this does speed up the process. After that, be prepared to wait 2-3hrs and they "might" be able to help you. Be prepared to wait half an hour to get an "appointment" with someone. Staff, when you can talk to one, are polite. ![]() The people her act kind when someone leave you hear them talking about the customers. Their stools are not comfortable and your but goes numb waiting. I arrive when they tell me too and then they will not let me check in and have to wait 2.5 before anyone will say please go sit at apple service area.
